CCC activity—Eagle Scout Grant Atkinson is raising funds for a CCC Worker Statue for Cheaha State Park and is also working with state schools to develop some educational materials on the New Deal for use in the state schools (patterned after Virginia). Forest Service activity (tentative)—8th Region of US Forest Service is seeking information from other National Forests within the region to document CCC activity in the south east forests.
