NNDPA board member Price Fishback will give two talks at the University of Richmond on Sept. 27: “The New Deal: What Worked and What Did Not” and “In Search of the New Deal Multiplier.”

 

Commemorative Wall in Edinburg
The granite wall located next to the USDA Forest Service Lee District Office and a CCC Worker Statue is a place where families can commemorate the memory of their CCC family member. The first granite markers or “pavers” were installed in May 2008 at the 75th Anniversary Celebration. More room is now available to install more pavers. They come in four sizes: 6” x 4”-$75, 6”x6”-$150, 12”x 6”-$250, 12” x 12”-$350. Donations are tax-deductible and for more information contact CCC Legacy, P. O. Box 341.
